WHAT YOU WILL DO 

The Strategic Key Account Manager will manage, monitor and generate Away From Home (AFH) sales volume and market share for National End Users in Food Service, Health Care, and Retail. The incumbent reports directly to the Director of Business Development North America.

  • Manage and monitor account plans for key end-user customers to ensure relevant sales activity.
  • Develop and communicate sales strategies, pricing proposals, and new product instructions to assist in capturing case volume.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account end users to ensure Kruger Products maintains a priority position and to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage and analyze all end user and distribution information with CRM along with all pricing in Quote Tool and evaluate monthly metrics and Tenpro claims.
  • Investigate and capitalize on new business opportunities at existing and prospective accounts to increase market share.
  • Assist Regional Managers in identifying growth opportunities, communicating pricing and any follow-up requirements for each strategic account.
  • Audit and review budget and expenses to ensure accurate spending.
  • Forecast volumes to ensure inventory available. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

  • University degree (Business or Marketing) or equivalent education/experience.
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
