Entry-Level Production Labour Employees

The employees will work in a variety of positions and shifts involved in the physically demanding process of paper production.  Since our operation is 24 x 7 Monday through Sunday, employees are required to work on-call, weekdays and weekends, days and nights. 


  • Must be grade 12 graduates (transcripts are required)
  • Experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment
  • Able to work rotating continental 8 or 12 hours shifts (24/7/365 operation)
  • Have a commitment to safety
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Holder of a valid class 5 driver's license
  • Be able to perform physically demanding work
  • Ability to cross train in different areas of the Mill
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Have an outstanding work history with excellent references
  • Friendly, a team player, hardworking and eager to take on new challenges
