The Product Development Coordinator will manage projects, and support and administer functions within the Product Development (PD) group and associated systems to enhance efficiency and reporting. The PD team works on an average of 350 projects per year, including packaging changes, product launches, and promotions.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with a number of key information holders and business stakeholders including those in Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to coordinate and manage product packaging change, promotions, and product discontinuation projects
  • Act as the primary user-representative for the PD system, which helps us manage our projects, and Chemical Control systems. Work with IT resources to ensure their availability, effectiveness, and continual improvement.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to our process which include scheduling gate meetings and ensuring all documents are distributed to gate keepers in a timely manner
  • Develop training manuals and provide training for users of the PD system
  • Create reports to capture product development KPI
  • Conduct periodic audits to maintain accuracy of databases within the PD group


  • University or technology studies in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math)
  • Detailed analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to details
  • Project management
  • Advance knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and be able manage several tasks concurrently
  • Be able to adapt quickly and respond to urgent business priorities
  • Efficient time management
  • Ability to interact well with others including those in operations, sales, and marketing
  • Effective and efficient communication skills
  • Knowledge of systems and databases
