You will manage and administer all internal Human Resources systems to support HR programs and processes and ensure accurate data is available to support the decision making process. You will also administer, train and handle inquiries from employees on various HR programs such as benefits, pension, vacations, etc.  The Human Resources Coordinator reports directly to the Corporate Director of Talent Management.  

  • Answer questions and handle employee concerns and confidential information as a first point of contact in the HR department
  • Responsible for updating HRIS (JDEdwards), reporting, and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Manage our talent management system for all salaried employees and facilitate the performance appraisal process
  • Provide technical system support and troubleshooting, as well as coordinate system upgrades to streamline processes for employees and managers across the company
  • Manage and update the Corporate Communication platform/intranet site
  • Coordinate the annual bonus payout process and ensure timely and accurate transfer of information to payroll
  • Administer the onboarding process for new employees, including all enrollments (benefits, pension), training, and HRIS entry to ensure smooth transitions
  • Administer enrolment into flexible health benefits program and pension program for new employees and handle ongoing inquiries for all Corporate employees
  • Initiate and manage employee health and wellness programs
  • Enter and reconcile vacation records for all Corporate employees on a quarterly basis
  • Responsible for tracking all employee reimbursement programs
  • Work with our rewards and recognition company to coordinate service rewards recognition program for Corporate employees reaching service levels
  • Prepare and issue employment and reference letters
  • Administer the VISA corporate card program
  • Coordinate company events such as: holiday parties, bowling, curling, and volleyball days, costume contests, fundraising and community involvement initiatives, summer BBQ, etc.
  • Co-chair the Joint Health and Safety committee, develop meeting agendas, coordinate member training and events, conduct regular health and safety inspections
  • Monitor usage and provide assistance for E-learning website
  • Provide back up for reception and office services when necessary  


  • University or College degree
  • Obtained or working towards CHRL designation
  • Fully bilingual (English & French) (verbal and written)
  • A demonstrated interest in the Human Resources field, with experience being an asset
  • Aptitude for systems will be an asset
  • Ability to work within a corporate environment, with highly sensitive information
  • Driven and autonomous individual
  • Attention to detail
