Bilingual Customer Performance Representative

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Customer Performance Representative will be the face of our organization to our customers and work with a winning team! We are proud to be recognized as the #1 vendor in the Core Benchmark Set of the 2023 Advantage Report for the 10th time in the last 11 years.
In this role, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries through e-mail and over the phone
- Ensure orders are created properly by:
- analyzing and verifying for accuracy
- product availability and order prices
- determining point of shipment based on customer’s region and product quantities
- assigning delivery dates to customers
- Work with our carrier partners to review customer inquiries and delivery status
- Collaborate with our sales and distribution teams to ensure that customer orders are on time and accurately fulfilled
