Job Requirements of Production Worker:
- High School diploma
- Must possess a valid class 5 license
- Available to work a variety of different shifts, including weekends and on-call work
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Safety oriented, particularly while operating heavy machinery
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
- The ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
- Forklift driving experience is an asset
Compensation:
- Base payrate of $34.72/hour
- Extended Health Benefits (after first 40 days)
- Safety boot allowance

Production Worker

Production Employees
The successful candidate will start off on the Spareboard, working a variety of jobs and equipment in the mill to support our Paper Machines and Converting Operations. Successful candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, and physical.
Our facility runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Successful candidates must be available for all shifts, including weekends and nightshifts. This position may require the individual to wear a full-face respirator.
Job Duties:
- Perform a variety of labour duties in various areas of the mill
- Regularly lift up to 50-60lbs
- Identify and analyze problems as they occur, work with the team to troubleshoot them
- Work at heights or in confined spaces as required
