Job Requirements of Summer Students:
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma, 18 years of age or older
- Be enrolled in post-secondary studies in the Fall 2025 semester
- Be available full time from May – September with the possibility of extending to part-time weekend shifts throughout the year
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Available to work a variety of different shifts, including weekends and on-call work
Our facility runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Successful candidates must be available for all shifts, including weekends and nightshifts. This position may require the individual to wear a full-face respirator.
Successful candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, and physical.
Compensation
- Base payrate of $34.72/hour + shift premiums and over-time
- Boot allowance, reimbursement up to a maximum of $225

At our mill, Summer Students get a hands-on opportunity to learn about the Pulp and Paper industry while contributing to the success of our Production Team.
What you can expect…
- Perform a variety of general labour duties across the plant
- Work with a skilled team to support operation activities and maintenance
- Work at heights or in confined spaces as required
