Senior Human Resources Business Partner

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (SHRBP), you will serve as a trusted advisor to our Corporate Function people leaders. You will drive strategic talent initiatives, workforce planning, change management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement to support building our culture and delivering on our employee value proposition to ‘Expect to do something great’.
In this role, you can expect to…
- Be a trusted a trusted HR business partner to people leaders (Consumer Sales Canada, Finance, Legal, Consumer Marketing, Product Development)
- Manage employee relations – conflict resolution, investigations, and sensitive matters
- Support succession planning, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement
- Manage and support organizational change initiatives, communication, and structure changes
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition & hiring managers on external searches and talent attraction
- Have Company-wide Program Ownership of:
- Bi-annual Salaried Employee Survey & Action Plan Process
- Performance Management Program for salaried employees
- Headcount Governance & Reconciliation process
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Post Secondary Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CHRL) preferred
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HRBP
- Experience supporting corporate teams, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law, organizational development, and strategic HR practices
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset
- Ability to travel when required
