Bilingual Distribution Agent

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Bilingual Distribution Agent will work as part of the Supply Chain Transportation team to ensure accurate and efficient invoicing for our Distribution network by verifying order postings in our system.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for processing/updating transport to customers. Ensuring timely deliveries through carrier monitoring.
- Track outstanding deliveries and stock transfers and work with the warehouse team on any order status updates
- File and maintain the Distribution department’s files
- Be responsible for daily freight backup
- Run reports to monitor any issues to maintain accurate inventory and records within SAP; ad hoc reporting
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Must be bilingual in English and French
- Working in Transportation is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of SAP, specifically the Sales & Distribution and the Materials Management modules
- Ability to prioritize tasks and strong communication skills
- The flexibility to work statutory holidays
