 WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Bilingual Senior Credit Analyst will maintain a portfolio of customer accounts through the timely collection of outstanding invoices, account reconciliations, deduction clearing, and regular account maintenance.

You will also:

  • Manage and reduce assigned portfolio with an emphasis on overdue accounts and avoidance of bad debts
  • Resolve outstanding deduction balances through clearing processes for discounts, rebates and allowances, and/or collection of invalid claims
  • Create month-end reports and advise the National Credit & A/R Manager of potential problems
  • Maintain and release documents to Accounting to ensure timely billing of shipped orders and accurate receivable postings
  • Communicate with internal teams to minimize bad debt losses, minimize capital employed in Financial Services, and maximize profitable sales
  • Provide recommendations to continuously improve current processes and save costs

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Post-secondary degree from either a University or College and/or equivalent Credits & Accounts Receivable experience
  • Must be bilingual in English and French
  • Proficient in MS Excel and SAP
  • 5 years of experience in deduction management
  • Experience working in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry preferred
